Carbone Auto Group - Hyundai
We have been awarded yet another contract with the Carbone Auto Group. We will convert the former Corporate Offices and Re-con Center to a new Hyundai Dealership. The project includes a 3,600 sf Showroom addition, entire new Façade and renovations to the former Office side for all of the Customer Areas, Parts, and Service Advisors. Project starts early September and will be completed by early Spring of 2020.

Inlet Marina & Lodging - Inlet, NY
We are underway building a new 16,000 square foot Boat & RV Storage Building, a Butler Classic Building for the Inlet Marina & Lodging. This project is underway and will be finished in early October.
F.X. Matt Brewery – Utica, NY
C2C Construction Solutions has been awarded a contract to furnish and erect a 7,200 square foot (2) story mechanical building as part of Matt's major expansion of the Brewery on Edwards Street in Utica. The new facility is a custom-engineered, conventionally framed, structural steel Butler building. The exterior will be of insulated metal wall panels with an EPDM roof system. This facility includes a mezzanine and interior pipe support bridge. The project scope also includes I.M.P. siding of the new tank farm structure and exterior pipe bridge. The project is scheduled for completion in August 2019.
HJ Brandeles Corporation – Whitesboro, NY
C2C Construction Solutions is underway with a new 17,296 square foot Office and Warehouse facility on for HJ Brandeles, mechanical contractor, on Halsey Road in Whitesboro. The new facility is a pre-engineered Butler building with insulated metal wall panels and a Butler MR-24 standing seam roof. We will complete the building shell and foundations by early August 2019, and the Owner will finish the interior for a move in date by September 1st, 2019.
Hale Transportation - Clinton, NY
C2C Construction Solutions broke ground on April 9, 2019 to expand the current Hale Transportation Facility from 6,000 sf to 16,000 sf with a pre-engineered Butler Building addition and renovations to existing building. The new facility will have a Shop Area, (3) Wash Bays, Office for Drivers and Schools, Tech Break Room, New Restroom, and a Mechanical Room. This project is scheduled for completion by the end of November 2019.
