Carbone Subaru – Renovations

Completed in 2018, our 10th major project for the Carbone Auto Group, we converted this 60 year old 30,000 sf former Chevrolet dealership, to a brand new state of the art Subaru dealership. This project followed nearly (5) years of researching various options for the use of the property, from a new location for the Corporate Offices, a BMW or Hyundai dealership, or as a Collision center. We along with our Architect, Alesia and Crewell, helped the Carbone’s with preliminary design and budgeting to determine this was the best use for the building.
The project involved a complete gutting of the entire structure and MEP systems as well as a partial removal of the second floor mezzanine to allow the high ceiling requirements for the Showroom.
The spacious Showroom features full glass partitions and porcelain tile, the Customer Lounge features the Subaru Outdoor Recreation design elements. The Service Reception area includes unique stand up Service Advisor millwork stations. The Service area includes (18) service bays a double Wash Bay, and Alignment bay. The entire old concrete Service area floors were renovated with a high build epoxy system.
We are proud to have completed this project – the Carbone’s, the Subaru Management and staff consider one of the nicest of all the dealership facilities.
